Thursday afternoon's 2012 edition of the NFL Supplemental Draft is likely to feature a pick as high as the third round in former Baylor wideout Josh Gordon. There are eight prospects eligible, including former TCU running back Ed Wesley, if any team selects a player on Thursday, they'll forfeit that round's pick in the 2013 Draft. The Houston Texans were among many, many teams (rumored to be 21) that had scouts at Gordon's workout on Monday.
There is no television coverage; however, the event begins at 12 p.m. CT and will be monitored by NFL.com, which will announce any picks. In 2011, only one pick was made - former Ohio State quarterback Terrell Pryor went to the Oakland Raiders in the third round, likely the highest round that Gordon will go in.
