The Houston Texans got an early scare in training camp when Andre Johnson was forced to leave practice. The injury, though, turned out to be a minor groin strain, and Johnson will return to the field on Monday.
From HoustonTexans.com:
"I expect him to be on the field Monday," Kubiak said. "It’s my job to put the plan together to how we bring him along next week, but I expect him to be out here."
Johnson isn't the only Texans starter who will be coming back. Left tackle Duane Brown and cornerback Kareem Jackson will all be hitting the field for Houston as it continues training camp on Monday.
The three players will start to prepare for the team's preseason opener with the Carolina Panthers on Aug. 11.
