J.J. Watt Doesn't Miss Mario Williams 'On The Field'

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt became the team's premier pass-rushing threat when linebacker Mario Williams bolted to the Buffalo Bills as a free agent this offseason, and the emerging second-year man out of Wisconsin doesn't think his team will miss the former number-one overall draft pick.

According to a report from ProFootballTalk.com (via NFL.com), Watt had this to say of his former teammate:

I'll miss him in the locker room, but not on the field.

Now it is likely that Watt's comments, as Dan Hanzus over at NFL.com noted, were meant more as a show of support for his current teammates, who happen to make up one of the most anticipated defensive units in the NFL this season, rather than a slight toward Williams, whose play in Houston earned him the mega-deal he received from the Bills.

But what say you, Texans fans? What meaning do you think Watt intended with his comments?
