Dolphins Vs. Texans Halftime Score: Texans Charge Past Dolphins 24-3

The potent Houston Texans offense was sputtering for most of the first half against the Miami Dolphins until it all started to click, as the Texans have rattled off 24 unanswered points to take a 24-3 lead into half.

The Texans were shutout in the first quarter and the game was sitting tied at 3-3 for most of the game until running back Arian Foster ran in his first touchdown of the quarter off of a 14-yard run. He scored his second touchdown as time started to wind down iwith a short two-yard scamper into the end-zone. Foster has 49-yards off of 12 carries.

Quarterback Matt Schaub hadn't been able to generate much from the passing game until right before the half came to an end. After the Texans recovered a Daniel Thomas fumble, Schaub connected with wide receiver Andre Johnson on two straight passes where the star wide receiver abused the Dolphins trying to cover him. Schaub is 10-for-19 with 146 yards and a touchdown.

The Miami Dolphins defense was doing all it could to keep them in the game as quarterback Ryan Tannehill wasn't doing any favors. He is 9-for-18 for 114 yards, and has thrown three interceptions. Running back Reggie Bush is the lone bright spot for the Dolphins offense as he has rushed 53-yards on 12 carries and has two receptions for 17 yards.
