NCAA Basketball Rankings: Texas A&M Drops A Game, Falls To No. 24 In Coaches Poll

After a tough loss to Mississippi State last week, the Texas A&M Aggies find themselves at No. 24 in this week's coaches poll.

Last week the Texas A&M Aggies played two tough games inthe 2K Sports Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer. A&M lost to Mississippi State 69-60 in the semifinals and defeated St. John's 58-57 in the third-place game. The loss dropped the Aggies down to No. 24 in this week's release of the ESPN Coaches Poll, as Billy Kennedy will have the opportunity to coach his boys up on a slow week of action.

Their next opponent is Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, who is 0-2 on the season thus far.

Of all votes received, the Texas Longhorns are currently ranked No. 29.
