Texas A&M Vs. Texas Final Score: Last Second Field Goal Stuns Aggies 27-25

The final scheduled meeting between Texas and Texas A&M didn't disappoint as it came down to the last play of the game and a 40 yard field goal that brought a hush to the A&M crowd. Justin Tucker banged home the 40 yard kick to give Texas a come from behind 27-25 win.

Texas A&M scored the first nine points of the fourth quarter and briefly retook the lead on a Ryan Tannehill 16 yard touchdown pass to Jeff Fuller. Case McCoy then led the Longhorns on a 7 play, 48 yard drive that was aided by a costly late-hit personal foul penalty that set Texas up at their own 39 yard line. Case McCoy ripped off a 25 yard run to the A&M 23 and Tucker kicked the field goal as time expired.

Ryan Tannehill struggled for much of the game and finished 20 of 49 for 224 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions. Ben Malena ran for 83 yards and Jeff Fuller caught seven passes for 107 yards and a touchdown.

McCoy completed 16 of 27 passing attempts for 110 yards. Malcolm Brown found little room to run the ball finishing with just 39 yards rushing on 17 carries. However, Texas had an interception return for a touchdown and had another score set up by an 81 yard punt return. They won the turnover battle with the Aggies by a 4-2 margin.
