For the second consecutive week, the Texas A&M Aggies men's basketball team hung onto the No. 25 spot in the college basketball polls.
With star forward Khris Middleton still out after undergoing knee surgery in early November, the Aggies aren't nearly as strong as they were projected to be before the season started.
They don't have any players with a scoring average over 15 points, as junior forward Ray Turner, junior guard Elston Turner and senior forward David Loubeau have tried to hold down the fort in Middleton's absence.
New coach Billy Kennedy has delved deep into his bench, with nine different players averaging over 10 minutes a game.
Their non-conference schedule is fairly manageable until a December 17th road date at No. 9 Florida, when they hope to have Middleton back in the line-up.
