Oklahoma Vs. Texas A&M Score: Sooners Explode To 41-10 Lead

After seeing their lead cut to 13-10 just before the half, Oklahoma scored 28 unanswered points in the third quarter and now lead the Aggies by a score of 41-10. Texas A&M had seven possessions in the third quarter resulting in four punts, two interceptions and a missed field goal as the Sooner defense dug in substantially.

Landry Jones threw for two touchdowns in the quarter, one to Jaz Reynolds and the other to Kenny Stills. Roy Finch and Blake Bell added touchdown runs in the quarter. Jones has now completed 14 of 34 passes for 220 yards in some rather windy conditions in Oklahoma.

It has been a struggle for A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill as he has battled the wind and the Oklahoma defense all day. Tannehill is 18 of 43 passes for 221 yards with a touchdown and three interceptions.

To add insult to injury, Aggies leading rusher Christine Michael suffered some sort of knee injury in the third quarter and left the game and will not return. Micahel had 17 carries for 88 yards in the game.
