NCAA Football Rankings, Week 10: Texas A&M moves up six spots in AP Poll

The Texas A&M Aggies handled Auburn rather easily this week and they move up to No. 16 in this week's AP Poll.

Texas A&M responded well to a loss on Oct. 20 to LSU by coming out and dismantling the Auburn Tigers, 63-21, on Saturday. The win was impressive enough that voters moved the Aggies up to No. 16 in this week's AP Poll -- a six-spot boost from last week.

A&M scored the first 21 points of the game against Auburn and never looked back. Freshman quarterback Johnny Manziel threw for two touchdowns and ran in three more as he continued his stellar freshman campaign.

Meanwhile, up top, Alabama stayed at No. 1 by crushing Mississippi State. No. 2 Oregon cruised to a 70-14 victory over an over-matched Colorado.

Elsewhere in the SEC, Florida lost to Georgia and the Bulldogs are now ranked higher than the Gators at No. 7. Florida comes in at No. 8.

Rutgers dropped out of the top 25 after losing to Kent State for its first loss of the year.
