Indianapolis may have just seen a Super Bowl come and go, but from February 22-28, it will also play host to another key NFL event. The 2012 NFL Scouting Combine is one final opportunity for top college players from around the country to impress NFL scouts and evaluators one last time before the 2012 NFL Draft.
The Houston area will be well-represented in this year's combine, as members of the Houston Cougars, Texas A&M Aggies, Rice Owls and Texas Longhorns all received invites to Indianapolis.
Texas A&M invitees: PK Randy Bullock, DC Terrence Frederick, WR Jeff Fuller, OH Cyrus Gray, DB Coryell Judie, QB Ryan Tannehill.
Texas invitees: LB Emmanuel Acho, NT Kheeston Randall, LB Keenan Robinson, OH Foswhitt Whittaker.
Houston invitees: WR Patrick Edwards, QB Case Keenum.
Rice invitees: PT Kyle Martens, DE Scott Solomon.
