The regular season has finally ended for the Texas A&M Aggies and it ended in a 65-62 loss to the Oklahoma Sooners. Oklahoma started the second half hot and extended their lead to 14 points, but Texas A&M was able to chip away and went on a 12-5 run late in the second half to cut the Oklahoma lead to two points.
Texas A&M never took the lead in the second half but they did get close to Oklahoma, however they were never able to take the lead. Anytime it was a one possession game Oklahoma would respond during the last two minutes of the game.
Oklahoma needed all of the career-high 24 points by Romero Osby to get past the Aggies. Texas A&M was led by David Loubeau who scored 15 points in the loss.
