Elston Turner and Khris Middleton combined for 18 first-half points as Texas A&M takes a 27-22 lead over Oklahoma at halftime.
Turner scored 10 points on 4-9 shooting including 2-4 shooting from beyond-the-arc. Middleton was 4-10 from the field for eight points and also grabbed five rebounds. A&M hit 37 percent of its shots in the first half but holds a 20-15 rebounding advantage and already has eight offensive rebounds.
Romero Osby scored eight points and grabbed four rebounds to lead the Sooners at the half. Andrew Fitzgerald added six points while Steven Pledger ws quiet with just two points on 1-2 shooting. The Sooners hit 39 percent of their field goal attempts in the first half but were just 2-6 from the free throw line.
