Preseason All-SEC Teams Features Texas A&M's Luke Joeckel, Sean Porter

The preseason All-SEC teams have been announced and it's interesting to see where the newcomers fall into place given that the decision makers are overly familiar with the teams already in the conference and have likely not yet seen too many players from Texas A&M or Missouri. However, the Aggies enjoyed a few players on the teams announced today, so it's clear that the talent of the program is being respected as they enter their first season of SEC play.

The only Aggies to make the first team appear one apiece on each side of the ball. Luke Joeckel was chosen as an offensive lineman for the first team and Sean Porter was selected as an outside linebacker for the first team defense. The Aggies offense also features two third team additions in running back Christine Michael and offensive lineman Jake Matthews. Defensive lineman Damontre Moore also made third team, while Dustin Harris made the third special teams unit.
