College football schedule 2012: Aggies look for first win as members of SEC

Since losing to the Florida Gators, the Texas A&M Aggies have ran through their competition while Arkansas limps into the Saturday matchup.

While the Texas A&M Aggies bounced back from a 20-17 loss against the Florida Gators in their opener, with a pair of huge wins, they still don't have an SEC victory and will look for their first against Arkansas on Saturday. The Razorbacks have had a rough few weeks, losing three consecutive games to Louisiana-Monroe, Alabama and Rutgers.

So despite having an 0-1 conference record in their first season as members of the SEC and a relatively easy pair of teams to play after, the Aggies are still 13.5-point favorites to beat the Razorbacks.

Much closer are the odds between two Houston, TX universities, when the Rice Owls will host the Houston Cougars. Despite their 1-3 record, the Owls have been able to score a lot of points in 2012, putting up no less than 24 points in each of their four games. Things haven't been as easy for the Cougars though, who scored just six points on UCLA and were held to 13 by Texas State. Regardless, the 0-3 Cougars are 5-point favorites for Saturday.
