The long college football regular season is over and it's time to start handing out some hardware. The award every college player hopes to hoist one day of course is the Heisman Trophy. This season has been full of surprises and fittingly it's been very difficult to decide on a Heisman winner. The pre-season favorite was Andrew Luck in landslide, but other stars we knew about and a few we weren't expecting to breakout have made this decision very difficult. So to help out, we polled our writers, the same guys that have been covering college football all season long, and asked what they thought.
Our voting system was as follows: A 1st place vote was worth 5 points, 2nd place worth 4 points, 3rd is worth 3 points, etc. Without further delay, here's who they picked. Feel free to argue with every vote, that's what makes this so much fun.
SB Nation Houston Writers Overall Ballot:

4th - Trent Richardson (8 points)
